2/17 - Police assisted with a man who had died in his bed on Cedar Street.

2/20 - An officer pulled a man over near Federal and Midway Avenues in Grand Coulee after following him from Coulee Dam, noting the driver swerved over the centerline multiple times and fluctuated in speed from 20 miles per hour to 40 mph in the 30 mph zone. The spanish-speaking driver appeared impaired, but a breathalyzer test showed he had not been drinking. The man’s friend said he takes medication and the officer told him not to drive if the medication impairs his ability to drive. The man shook the officer’s hand and was released to his friend.

2/23 - A vehicle registered to someone wanted on arrest warrants was pulled over along River Drive. The driver was arrested and taken to Okanogan County Jail on the warrants, as well as for driving without a court-ordered interlock device and driving with a suspended license.

- An officer was unable to locate a person said to be wearing a tan Carhartt-style jacket, looking “scraggly” and like a “meth head.” He had reportedly knocked on someone’s door on Central Drive saying he was looking for his nephew and that he was going to knock on all the doors on the street.
