Chamber will meet this Thursday, February 20, at the La Presa Mexican Restaurant, Grand Coulee. The meeting will start at noon with general business on the agenda.

Grant County Fire

Dist. 14 to Meet

 The Grant County Fire District 14 will hold its regular monthly meeting Monday, February 24, at 7 p.m., at the Electric City Fire Station.

AA Meetings for GCD and Nespelem Area

Confused in the Coulee AA meetings are held on Mondays and Fridays at 6 p.m. at the Vets Center in Electric City. Call Paul at 633-3377 days or 633-3345 evenings.

New Hope Group meetings are held Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at the Vets Center. These are open and non-smoking.

In Nespelem, the group Bound and Determined holds its meetings Monday evening at 7 p.m. at the Catholic Church. Contact Myrna at 634-4921 for more information.

TOPS Meetings

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter 1524 meets on Tuesdays at 9:15 a.m. at Grand Coulee Senior Center prior to the exercise group gathering at 10 a.m. Come and join for the health of it. The SAIL exercise class follows this meeting beginning at 10 a.m.

There is no charge. Also, a SAIL exercise class is held Mondays, Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m., and Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., in the basement of the Coulee Dam town hall.
