Andrew Salinas, of Almira, has been named to the President’s Honor Roll at Bismarck State College with a 4.0 GPA for the Fall 2019 semester, the school said.
Students must maintain at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale while enrolled in at least 12 semester hours of classes to qualify for the honor roll at the community college in Bismarck, North Dakota.
