It's a girl for the Tufts

Jessica and Alex Tufts of Electric City, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Lucille Josephine Tufts, born Satrday, November 16, 2019, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 5 lbs., 14 oz., and was 20 inches in length at birth.
