Grand Coulee Public Library will be hosting an afternoon with local artist Keith Powell Thursday, September 5, at 4:30 p.m.

He will have several of his beautiful pieces on display and will be talking about his work and answer any art related questions.

For any aspiring artists, Keith will be happy to give advice on any art project.
