Aiden Burton learns some medieval swordplay with Eric Slyter, the director of the Knights of Veritas, who spoke at the Grand Coulee Library July 9 to a group of about 40 people, many of whom were kids in Lake Roosevelt Schools' SHARP Kids program. The Knights of Veritas spoke about constellations and how people navigated by the stars; old world beliefs about numbers being found in nature; and facts about swords, as well as swordplay pointers.
