Coulee Dam may raise its utility rates significantly over the coming years, if a discussion at last week’s town council meeting is an indication.
With a shift in philosophies kicking in for the first budgeting season of a new council and mayor, town leaders were emphasizing a need to build up reserves for coming large expenses.
