Public Service Employees local union members and others hold signs and encourage drivers to honk in support Monday afternoon in the second of such demonstrations in the last two weeks during the union's negotiations with the Grand Coulee Dam School District. The two sides met Tuesday in another round of talks with an arbitrator. Messages on the signs included "We care about your kids," "Honk in Support of Strong Schools," and "Keep the McCleary Promise." Many cars honked.
