Runners and walkers finish up their Run the Dam routes on Saturday at the south end of Banks Lake Park. With a cool day that only hinted at rain, the run and the chamber of commerce's Harvest Festival were busy with people, vendors and the Pacific Northwest's top competitors in a barbecue competition.
