New wine bar cuts the ribbon

Brad Oliver, a partner in The Wine Bar, cuts the ceremonial ribbon at the grand opening June 1, with an establishment already full of patrons. Partner Levi Seekins is behind the bar at left. They actually opened a week before, the day after getting their liquor license.
