Repairing eroded spots on the face of the spillway at Grand Coulee Dam. Like a dentist filling a tooth, workmen are busy concreting the eroded spots caused by the spring and summer overflow sweeping 350 feet down the face of the dam. This repair work can only be done in late summer and fall. In the winter it is too cold and the rest of the year too much water is spilling.
