Candace Murphy and Dallas Rowe, of Electric City, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Paisley Patricia Rowe, born Friday, October 7, 2016, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 6 lbs., 13.5 oz., and was 19.5 inches in length at birth.

Sibling is 7-year-old sister RyLynn Rowe. Maternal grandfather is Todd Murphy of Lynnwood, Washington. Paternal grandparents are Sally Jo McPhaden, of Mount Vernon, Washington, and Rick Rowe, of Issaquah, Washington. Great-grandparents are Scott and Diana Brokaw, of Tonasket, Washington, and Harold Odegaard, of Bellingham, Washington.
