Raven Rice and Brandon Desautel of Coulee Dam, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Carmen Leanne Desautel, born Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 6 lbs., 11 oz., and was 21 inches in length at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Carla Rice and Tylor Ryan. Paternal grandparents are Patricia Desautel and William Desautel. Great-grandmother is Carol Schoning.
