Nicole Goodman and Jacob Blackmer, of Coulee City, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Olivia Rain Blackmer, born Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 7 lbs., 8 oz., and was 19.5 inches in length at birth.

Siblings include Cody Kagele, 12, and Hunter Kagele, 14. Maternal grandparents are Lind and Russ Ireland. Paternal grandparents are Brenda and Dave Cavortto. Great-grandparents are Dixion and Judy Blackmer.
