Meagan Drywater and Waylon Elwell, of Nespelem, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Kendall Marde Louise Elwell, born Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 8 lbs., 15 oz., and was 19 inches in length at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Val and Tina Drywater. Paternal grandparents are Andrew Jr. Elwell and Agaitha Monaghan.
