Colville Pump and Supply Company will attempt to revive an old, unused water well on Palmer Avenue in Electric City.
Heater problems at the Coulee Dam pool may force an early closure, but the town council shortened the pool schedule last Wednesday night in hopes of keeping it open through August 25.
Thirty Years Ago
The Grand Coulee Fire Department was called out five times in two days when brush fires were spotted in two separate locations.
