Puts on new chevrons in Grand Coulee

Gary Moore was named sergeant by Grand Coulee Police Chief John Tufts, beginning May 1. Moore has been in the department since 2003 and prior to that was a reserve police officer in Reardan. Moore,and his wife Lisa, are residents of Electric City. Moore was selected from three local officers who went through the Civil Service Commission oral examination competing for the position.
