Janet Mary Andrew Feldt

Janet Mary Andrew Feldt passed away Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, in East Helena. She was born July 30, in Lincoln, Nebraska to David Henry Andrew Jr. and Geraldine Bell (Stewart) Andrew. In 1931 the family moved to Three Forks, Montana where she lived until graduating from high school in 1948.

She attended Montana State University in Bozeman and belonged to the Delta Gamma Sorority. She also attended Kinman Business University in Spokane, Washington and was a deputy sheriff there for a short time. In 1951 she married Albert Stovall and taught school in Murray, Idaho for one year. They lived for fourteen years in Washington State where three children were born and moved to Helena, Montana in 1965. She worked at Mountain View School for Girls for four years and Mountain Bell for thirteen years.

In 1987 she married Raymond Feldt (originally of Townsend, Montana) and they moved to Albuquerque, NM. She moved to Grand Coulee, Washington in 1992 and then back to Helena in 2000.

She is survived by daughter, Betty Jo Adams Wilson of Cottage Grove, Oregon: son, Todd Andrew Stovall of Helena; brother, David Andrew of Missoula; four grandsons, two nephews and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Brenda Lee Stovall Ford in 1981, her father David Henry Andrew in 1973, and mother Geraldine (Stewart) Andrew in 1983.
