10/26 - Police checked on a report that there was a suspicious man standing in the roadway by Coulee Playland pointing at vehicles as they passed. He told them that he “stretches a lot.” Police told him to stay out of the roadway.

10/27 - A man told police that he had heard that a tenant in his basement apartment on Young Street, who just got out of jail, told some other people that he was going to trash the place he had been asked to get out of at the end of the month. Police told the owner of the property that it was a civil matter but that they would drive by and see what they could see.

- An Elmer City driver was cited for hit and run after allegedly backing into another vehicle belonging to an Electric City resident and then leaving the scene. A bystander saw the incident and took a picture of the woman’s car showing the license plate.

- Police checked on a report of a suspicious person in the roadway by the gas station in east Grand Coulee. The report stated the man was talking to his Top Ramen noodles and the clerk at the station said she was afraid he would enter the store. She asked that the man be banned from the station, and the officer told the man to stay away.
