The Columbia River tops Grand Coulee Dam as extra water makes its way from Canada, filling local reservoirs. The spill has been cooling the town of Coulee Dam during the high heat of the last couple days, with temperature differences of at least 15 degrees from Grand Coulee to Coulee Dam.
