Shalane Cobos of Keller is proud to announce the birth of her daughter Kalea La’Velle Cobos on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz., and was 19 inches in length at birth.
Paternal grandparent is Leopoldo Herandez Cobos. Great-grandmother is Evelyn Etchison.
