Francine Vargas and Matthew Heppner of Nespelem are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Alexis Ezell Heppner on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 6 lbs., 13 oz., and was 18inches in length at birth.
Maternal grandmother is Guadalope Vargas. Paternal grandparents are Bobbi Lee Heppner and Bejamin Deen Carrywater.
