Workers for William Winkler Company of Spokane pour a concrete pad at the Crescent Bay boat launch parking lot that will be used by Foss Maritime Company for the assembly of the new Keller Ferry. “Sanpoil” is currently under construction at the firm’s Rainier, Ore., plant.
