    Grand Coulee Police 6/6 - Dogs were deemed not dangerous after chasing after a man on a bike near North Dam Park and barking but making no attempt to bite. The owner had leash laws explained to him and said he’d keep the dogs on a leash. - A landlord was upset that police couldn’t do anything about two males staying in an apartment on Grand Coulee Avenue they aren’t on the lease for. That's how it's been ever since he started working on reviving the Village Cinema in Coulee Dam, a place that has been largely vacant for a generation of movie-goers who missed out. Recently, it was something as mundane as a sewer plugged up. He got that fixed with the same plumber who showed up and did a lot of work for no charge just to help in the effort. The couple was married in Beulah, N.D. and have lived in the Coulee area since the early seventies. Both are retired and enjoy balancing their time between the Grand Coulee area and Arizona.     Grand Coulee Police 5/13 - A woman heard a car hit hers from inside her Spokane Way residence. It seemed the vehicle hit her Chevy Malibu, pushing it into a man’s Chevy Impala before taking off. A broken off piece of plastic from the suspect vehicle belonged to a Jeep Cherokee between years 2014-2018.     Grand Coulee 5/6 - Extra patrols were requested in the area of Fortuyn Road. 5/7 - A woman reported that, while parked in a handicap stall outside of Safeway, she returned from the store to see damage to the rear quarter panel of the driver’s side and a broken taillight.
