No wires were found in the area sparking, down or otherwise. 12/30 - Police spoke to a couple on Fourth Street in Electric City who had been arguing. Ron was a hard working man who retired from the Bureau of Reclamation in Grand Coulee Dam. He loved his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren beyond measure. His interests in life were hiking, camping, fishing, hunting and most everything that dealt with the outdoors. Ron was a Vietnam Veteran but did not like to talk about his time in the Army.
