The Colville Tribal Court has directed the undersigned Chief of Police, Colville Tribe, to sell the property described below to satisfy a judgment in the above-entitled action.

Lot 37 and 38, Block 54, Town of Coulee Dam, Washington, according to the Second Revised Okanogan County Assessor’s Plat thereof filed in Okanogan County on April 21, 1958 (Auditor’s file No. 453224) located in Section 31, Township 29 North, Range 31 E.W.M., Okanogan County, Washington.

TOGETHER WITH that certain sidewalk easement between Lots 36 and 37 of said Block 54, which would attach by laws as disclosed by Ordinance No. 136, filed under Auditor’s file No. 612891, records of Okanogan County, Washington.

 Grant COunty Mosquito Control District #2 

NEW CONSTRUCTION

The Grant County Mosquito Control District #2 is calling for bids in regards to the construction of a new 40x80 steel pole building at 210 Coulee Blvd in Electric City, WA.

Bid applications can be picked up by making arrangements with the District Secretary at 509-846-4678. References will be required. Bid applications include preliminary blueprints and contracts with a $100 fee. Bids are due February 2 and will be opened at the regular board meeting held on February 9.

Budget Hearing and Change of Regular Meeting Time

Public Hospital

District No. 6,

Douglas, Grant,

Lincoln, &

Okanogan

Counties, Wash.

 

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington, which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2017 budget for the aforementioned facilities.  The hearing, open to the public, is Monday, November 28, 2016, at 6 p.m. in the Public Conference Area, 411 Fortuyn Road, Grand Coulee, Washington.  A summary of the proposed budget is available in advance for interested parties and may be obtained for review by contacting the Chief Financial Officer at Coulee Medical Center.  The regularly-scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting for November will be immediately following the budget hearing.
