Notice is hereby given that the Town of Elmer City has adopted the following Ordinance.

Ordinance 387: Updating and Increasing Rates for the Utility Taxes on Water Services, Sanitary Sewer Services, Telephone Services and Electric Service Provided within the Municipal Limits of the Town of Elmer City
