VACANT COUNCIL POSITION #1

The City of Grand Coulee is seeking letters of interest to fill a vacant seat on the Grand Coulee City Council.

This will be a 2-year appointment.

Interested persons are invited to submit a letter of interest to 306 Midway Avenue or PO Box 180, Grand Coulee WA 99133.

Letters will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. January 17, 2022.

The City Council will review all letters submitted within the timeline.

Council will take action at the regularly scheduled council meeting January 18, 2022.

NOTICE OF SURPLUS SALE

Grant County Port District No. 7 has declared land and personal property as surplus to the needs of the Port District and is interested in receiving expressions of interest from interested buyers.  Anyone can obtain a copy of the Resolution declaring assets as surplus, including a complete description of assets available for purchase, by contacting: Grant County Port District No,7, P. Box 616, Grand Coulee, WA  99133 or portdistrict7@gmail.com.  A general description of the property is the Banks Lake Golf course real property and personal property associated therewith.  The Port reserves the right to reject any offers or bids.

The Town of Elmer City is accepting applications from interested contractors and vendors wishing to be placed on the Small Works and Vendor Rosters. When the Town seeks to construct a public works project or improvement meeting state mandated guidelines, the Small Works Roster may be utilized. The Vendor Roster may be used to purchase, materials, supplies, or equipment. All interested contractors and vendors are invited to submit an application. Grant County Fire District #14

NOTICE OF MEETING CHANGE

Going forward Grant County Fire District #14 will start holding the regular monthly meetings on the second Monday of each month along with time change to 6:00 pm.  

Regular monthly meeting on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 6:00 pm at the Electric City Fire Station.

Resolution R5-21- A Resolution of the Town of Elmer City, Washington, fixing the amounts to be raised by Ad Valorem Taxes for the year 2022.

Ordinance 364 – An Ordinance of the Town of Elmer City, Washington, adopting 2022 Budget and setting salaries and wages for employees of the Town of Elmer City.
