Notice is hereby given that the Town of Elmer City will hold a public hearing on Revenue Source/Ad Valorem for the Budget year 2022, including consideration of possible increases in property tax revenues on November 18, 2021 at 6:50 PM via Zoom.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Elmer City will hold a Regular Public Meeting on November 18, 2021 at 7 PM via Zoom.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide oral comments at said meetings. Written comments can be submitted to town hall for three business days following the meetings. To join the Zoom meeting on the internet or over the phone, call the town hall for instructions.

PRELIMINARY BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2022 Preliminary Budget Public Hearing will be held by the GRAND COULEE CITY COUNCIL, in the council chambers, 306 Midway Avenue, on November 16, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments concerning the 2021 budget at said public hearing. Information to join the meeting via ZOOM will be available Monday, November 15, 2021. Please contact city hall at (509)633-1150.

A copy of the 2022 Preliminary Budget for the City of Grand Coulee will be available to the public on November 30, 2021, at the City Clerk's office, 306 Midway Ave., P.O. Box 180, Grand Coulee, WA 99133.

Notice of Public Budget Hearing and Change of Regular Meeting Time

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2022 budget for the aforementioned facilities.

The hearing, open to the public, is Monday, November 29th 2021 at 5:45pm via zoom, the zoom information can be found at http://www.cmccares.org.

A summary of the proposed budget is available in advance for interested parties and may be obtained for review by contacting the Chief Financial Officer at Coulee Medical Center.

The regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting for November will be immediately following the budget hearing.

Ordinance 795 – setting salaries and wages for officers and employees of the town for the calendar year 2021 and repealing ordinance No. 776.

Ordinance 796 – amending salaries and wages for officers and employees of the town for the calendar year 2021 and repealing ordinance No. 795.

Ordinance 797 – amending the 2021 budget of the Town of Coulee Dam, as adopted in ordinance no. 790 and amended in ordinance No. 793 and 795.

Ordinance 798 – setting salaries and wages for officers and employees of the town for the calendar year 2022 and repealing ordinance No. 796.

Ordinance 799 – an ordinance fixing the amounts to be raised by Ad Valorem Taxes for the Year 2022.
