4/17 - A city employee reported a vehicle blocking a fire hydrant near Dill Avenue and King Street. The owner was warned and moved the vehicle. The owner was also one of a few people at a Dill Avenue address who said that a man left lumber stolen from the city on their property. The people all conveniently couldn’t recall the last name of the man nor how to contact him, the police report noted.

4/18 - The sound of a man yelling was reported near Burdin Boulevard. A party was located and people were told to keep it down. They moved their party inside.

- An officer checked on two huskies on Roosevelt Drive, reported to be neglected by their owner. The officer found the dogs to be in good health, with food and water

4/20 - A woman on Continental Heights reported her cell phone stolen, having last seen it while walking her dog near Crescent Bay. An officer asked if she might have dropped it somewhere. They walked to her car, the officer called her phone, and they found it.

- A man on First Street reported someone had stolen his outdoor lights sometime the night before.

4/6 - An officer recognized a woman driving a white Pontiac near Roosevelt Way and Columbia Avenue, and confirmed that she was wanted on a felony warrant. The officer pulled behind her on Roosevelt Way and followed as she turned onto Birch Street. He activated his lights to pull her over, but she accelerated. The officer activated his siren amd noted his speed as 57 mph on the residential street, then 92 mph in the 60 mph zone heading out of Coulee Dam towards Elmer City on SR-155, then 109 mph before stopping the chase after the driver turned onto Peter Dan Road and the officer lost radio contact with Okanogan County Dispatch. The officer returned to radio range and told dispatch to tell tribal police the Keller address where the woman was likely to go. The officer noted probable cause to arrest her for eluding police in addition to her already existing warrant.

4/9 - A woman on Holly Street told police she didn’t want a man to come to her house again because she thinks he does drugs and has been arrested. An officer was unable to find the man to tell him not to go to her house.

4/13 - An officer spoke to a man with a suspended license at Harvest Foods and told him to find another driver until the suspension was taken care of.

4/18 - A woman on Spruce Street said she heard knocking on her kitchen window and saw a person’s shadow outside. An officer checked the area and patrolled for a time but didn’t see anyone walking around.
