11/2 - A man on a bicycle ignored signs saying the top of the Grand Coulee Dam was closed. A guard said the bicyclist went around concrete barriers and the guard house before being stopped by the guard. The man said he thought the signs meant only the road across the dam was closed. He was released after an ID check.

11/4 - A woman on Burdin Boulevard requested that police check on the welfare of a neighbor whose car was there, but she was not. An officer found everything in good order at the neighbors’ house.

11/6 - A daughter was concerned about her 89-year-old father. They talk every morning but he hadn’t called that morning, nor answered his phone. Police checked on the man, who had lost his phone. An officer loaned him his phone to call his daughter.

11/7 - A woman on Burdin Boulevard was concerned for the wellbeing of some husky dogs. The dogs were tangled up together in their chains. The owner was contacted and untangled the dogs.

- Police responded to a two-car accident on SR-155 near milepost 21. The cars were blocking traffic. An ambulance was transporting a family of five. An officer redirected traffic and stood by until county police and Washington State Patrol arrived.

11/8 - Police assisted tribal police with a combative patient at the hospital. The patient would try to sit up out of the chair and would say he was going to “drop” all of the officers. Once cleared, he was taken by tribal police without incident.

- People have reportedly been driving past “road closed” signs on Grand Avenue in Electric City.

- A woman from Goodfellow Avenue was out of town and thought she saw someone in her backyard on her camera. She asked an officer to check. The officer didn’t find anything suspicious.

11/9 - Someone had driven “donuts” in fresh gravel laid down at the Banks Lake Bible Church.

11/10 - Police found an elderly man who had been reported missing out of Omak driving near the top of the dam. He was found to be in good health and was on his way home.

11/11 - Police were asked by a Lincoln County deputy to assist with a dog that had fallen down a ravine along SR-174 near milepost 27. The dog was lifted from the ravine. The reporting party said they would take the dog to a vet in Spokane.

11/3 - An alarm was tripped at the National Park Service building in Coulee Dam at about 1 a.m. Everything was fine there.
