LR football's first loss comes in Chewelah

The Raider football team suffered their first loss of the season, losing by three points in Chewelah in a non-league game last week.
The Raiders lost 21-18 to Jenkins High School in Chewelah at the Cougars’ home field Oct. 11.
“It was a great game, a battle back and forth,” Head Coach Tim Rasmussen said.
Chewelah was up 21-12 at the end of the half, but LR shut them out in the second....
