Public Hearing

on the 2019-20 Budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the Grand Coulee Dam School District #301 will be presented to the Board of Directors for its consideration. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on July 22, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lake Roosevelt Junior/Senior High School located at 505 Crest Drive, Coulee Dam, WA 99116.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or in favor of or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Superintendent, 110 Stevens Avenue, Coulee Dam, WA 99116 where it may be inspected by any interested person during regular office hours.

Town of Coulee Dam

ORDINANCES ADOPTED BY THE TOWN OF COULEE DAM

Ordinance 771 – amending Chapter 13.05 of the Coulee Dam Municipal Code entitled “Water and Sewers”.

Ordinance 774 – AN ORDINANCE of the Town of Coulee Dam, Washington, relating to the wastewater system of the Town; providing for the issuance of taxable wastewater revenue bonds of the Town in the aggregate principal amount of $5,636,000, for the purpose of providing funds to pay part of the cost of the acquisition, construction and installation of improvements to the Town’s wastewater system; fixing the date, form, maturity, interest rate, terms and covenants of such bonds; providing for the registration and authentication of such bonds; creating and adopting certain funds and accounts; providing for the issuance of additional bonds; approving the sale and providing for the delivery of such bonds to the United States of America, acting through the Department of Agriculture; repealing Ordinance No. 773; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.

Description of proposal: Adoption of amendments to the City of Electric City Comprehensive Plan and Maps and amendment of Electric City Municipal Code Chapters 18. 05 -General Provisions, 18.10 - Districts Established and Zoning Map, 18.18 -S-1 Zone, 18. 20 -R-1 Zone, 18. 3 6 -C-3 Zone, 18. 40 - General Use Regulations, 18. 45 -General Regulations. 18. 47 -Landscape Buffers, 18. 60 -Signs and Chapter 16.10 -Critical Areas Regulations.

The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)( c ). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.

□ This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment period on the DNS.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Chapter 16.10 ECMC

Critical Areas Regulations

NOTICE IS HEREBY that the Electric City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:45 pm on Tuesday, July 9th, 2019 at City Hall located at 10 Western Avenue to take public testimony on proposed amendments to Chapter 16.10 ECMC Critical Areas Regulations of the Electric City Municipal Code. The amendments have been developed by the Planning Agency of Electric City to ensure consistency with the amendments to the Comprehensive Plan.

Copies of the proposed amendments are available for review at City Hall or on the web site at http://www.electriccity.us. City Hall is accessible to persons of all abilities.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held to consider the Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program (TIP) for 2020 – 2025. The Public Hearing will be held in the Coulee Dam Town Hall Council Chambers, 300 Lincoln Ave, Coulee Dam, Washington, at the regular council meeting of Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at which time the public may give written or oral testimony.
