Notice of Public Hearing

Town of Elmer City

The Town of Elmer City will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for 2019 – 2024. The Public Hearing will be held at Elmer City Town Hall, 505 Seaton Ave., Elmer City, WA., on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 6:55 P.M.

All interested persons will be given opportunity to provide written or oral comment at said meeting.

The Town of Elmer City has an open mayor seat. The mayor pro tem and council invite any Elmer City residents who are interested in filling the position to please attend our next council meeting on June 14, at 7 p.m. After hearing from all interested persons, the council will vote to select one person to be the mayor. The selected person will fill the seat until the until November 2019 election. Elmer City Town Hall is located at 505 Seaton Avenue, and is accessible to the handicapped.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Colville Tribes Land Use Review Board will be holding a public hearing to make a ruling on the following shoreline development conditional use permits:

Colville Tribes Information Technology Department has submitted a land use application to micro-trenched fiber at a depth of 9-12 inches with a 1 ¼ inch width. Will include the installation of (1) 2’x3’ poly crete vault at 24 inches depth with a 6” gravel bottom. The fiber will extend from Highway 155 Milepost 28.49, along Roosevelt Way and across the Columbia River Bridge.

A public hearing for the above mentioned Conditional Use Permit will be conducted on Wednesday June 20, 2018 at the Colville Tribes Public Works Department located at 12 Lakes Street (Colville Indian Agency) starting at 9:30 a.m. Written comments will be accepted until Monday June 18, 2018 at 4 p.m. or comments can be made verbally at the public hearing. All comments may be sent to Pete Palmer, Land Use/Shoreline Administrator, Public Works Department, P.O. Box 150, Nespelem, WA 99155 or they can be emailed to her attention at pete.palmer@colvilletribes.com Contact the Tribal Public Works Department at the afore-mentioned address or phone number to request a copy of the permit documents.

Notice of Change of Regular Meeting Date

Public Hospital District No. 6,

Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Wash.

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will be changing the regular board meeting date for the month of June. The next board meeting will be held Thursday June 28, 2018, at 11 a.m. in the Coulee Medical Center training room.

REQUISTION STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

ESCO SERVICES

The Grand Coulee Dam School District #301J is requesting statements of qualifications from ESCO Services firms in accordance with RCW 39.35. In seeking professional services, the District is requesting qualifications from firms with recent experience in school ESCO projects in Eastern Washington.

Statement of Qualifications shall be no longer that fifteen (15) pages in length, not including the cover page, table of contents and cover letter. Page dividers and tabs will not count toward the fifteen (15) page limit.
