A Grand Coulee man wanted on three warrants was arrested at a closed local cafe March 26.

Police arrested Martin L. H. Scranton, 25, and took him to Grant County jail on the warrants. He is facing additional charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, and having a dangerous weapon on his person.
