Water Flows Over Gr. Coulee Spillway: Springtime spilling began again at Grand Coulee Dam Monday afternoon, with a variable number of drum gates open, depending on power load demands and inflow, as water release at the big dam is currently limited to a maximum of 70,000 cubic feet per second due to construction of Priest Rapids and other downstream projects.
