12/11 - Child Protective Services asked police to check on the welfare of a juvenile at a Spokane Way residence. No one was home.

12/12 - Police saw a woman, known to be wanted on three warrants for her arrest, walking near North Dam Park. She was stopped, arrested and taken to Grant County jail.

12/14 - A small, brown puppy dog was dropped off at city hall in Grand Coulee and was taken to the veterinary office.

- A man called police to let them know that he was wanted on a warrant and he wanted to turn himself in. He went to the police department and got a ride to jail in Ephrata.

12/15 - Police were told that there was a stalking taking place on Goodfellow Avenue in Electric City. The officer learned that two people had been giving each other hand signals indicating bad blood between the two. Police advised them to stay away from each other. The girlfriend of one said that one of the two walked by her place with his dog and was “weird.” Police advised her that it was not unlawful to be weird.

- A Coulee Boulevard East resident in Electric City told police that someone had in their possession an ATM card that belonged to a woman who had just died. They were advised to call their bank.

12/17 - A man on Kelso Street in Electric City was arrested for domestic violence after he allegedly pushed a woman out of the house after she arrived home from a drinking event. The woman was taken to the hospital to treat a cut; the man was taken to Grant County jail.

- A Spokane woman was pulled over for the second time for expired tabs. This time she was cited for driving with a suspended license.

12/9 - Police served a restraining order on a man on Camas Street.

12/13 - An officer stopped a vehicle on River Drive because of a faulty headlamp. When checking on the driver, the officer learned of a warrant out for him. He ended up at Okanogan County jail.

12/15 - A man was stopped on Camas Street after he was observed going 30 mph in a 20 mph zone. The officer found that the man didn’t have a driver’s license. The vehicle was towed, the driver cited, and the officer gave the driver and his children a ride to a residence in Elmer City.

- Police stopped a woman for the second time the same day for not having a license plate. She was cited, again.

- Girls at a house on Columbia Avenue called police when their dog was barking and they saw a man standing in the tree line near their property. Police couldn’t find anyone, but took statements.

- A man was stopped on Cedar Street for going 28 mph in a 20 mph zone. Learning that his license had been suspended, the officer cited him, and a passenger with a valid license took charge of the vehicle.

12/17 - A woman parked on Columbia Avenue was having trouble getting her car to move. Noticing that she was wearing a pair of heavy boots, the officer advised her how to move her foot from one pedal to the other and she got back in traffic with no further problems.
