Mayor's mother seated on council again

Carol Nordine was installed as a member of the Electric City council at its monthly meeting Tuesday night.
She takes the place of Jeremy Miller, who resigned his position recently, and who stated he plans to build a home outside the city limits. He had replaced Brad Parrish, who resigned when his wife, Diana, took a position as deputy clerk in the city.
