The outlet works at elevation 1036 have been embedded in concrete, and formwork is in place for the gate gallery control chamber. The four vertical pipe headers on each side of the gate chamber forms are the air vent headers for the outlet gates - four for the gates at elevation 934 and four for the gates at elevation 1036. - Sept. 21, 1939
