Work is underway on the mosquito district's new home in Electric City. The pole building will house the district's offices, meeting rooms, chemical storage and house its vehicles. The building will be 40 feet by 80 feet. DWK Fowler Construction is contractor. Here, Damon Fowler uses the backhoe to do some trenching at the corner of the building.
