Delano resident Gerald Dotson gets rid of his garden waste Monday afternoon. There's still plenty of time to take advantage of a period of free dumping at the Delano Regional Transfer Station. The garden waste fall cleanup started Nov. 12 and ends Saturday, Nov. 19.
