6/6 - A man on Spokane Way told police that someone keeps moving the remnants of his chain link fence he is putting up. He said it has occurred twice.

6/26 - A Pleasant Valley car owner was advised that his vehicle needed to be moved from North Dam Park or it would be towed. The vehicle had been there for two weeks and had a bad clutch.

- A woman at a Hill Avenue apartment told police that someone had kicked open the door to her apartment. She said that two people saw her boyfriend in the area at the time but didn’t see him kick the door in.

- A Keller resident left his cell phone at Hometown Pizza. The phone was given to police and the owner was advised he could pick it up at police headquarters.

- Police advised a person who had moved to Coulee Dam from Goodfellow Avenue in Electric City that they forgot their dog.

6/27 - Police assisted a security guard at Sunbanks Lake Resort tell some unruly campers to quiet down or be cited. They said they would quiet down.

- Parties in a domestic dispute at a Hill Avenue apartment were told to cool it by police.

6/28 - A woman parked near the USBR Visitor Center after hours was advised that she needed to move. She stated there were no signs showing the hours. She was told that she could go to Osborne Bay, a no-fee area.

- A Coulee Dam driver complained of head and neck pain after being struck by a vehicle driven by a Kennewick driver at SR-155 and Spokane Way. The Kennewick driver was cited for failing to yield.

- USBR Plant Protection advised police of several complaints about a contractor working on the highway near the top of the dam blocking one of the lanes. The warning signs were not far enough away to alert drivers. The safety cones were moved a greater distance away.

- A Grand Coulee driver who lives on Dill Avenue was cited for not having current registration on his vehicle and having no insurance. He was warned on some safety issues on his vehicle.

- A 34-year-old woman living in a Young Street basement apartment was arrested after allegedly striking her boyfriend in the face and breaking a number of items after an argument. She is being charged with fourth-degree domestic violence assault and malicious second-degree mischief.

6/29 - A Coulee Dam woman was arrested on a felony warrant after the vehicle she was riding in was stopped for an expired license tab. She allegedly gave a false identification and had this added to her woes. She was taken to Grant County Jail.

- An officer picked up a stray dog on Sandy Lane in Electric City and took it to the veterinary clinic until the owner of the animal is found.

- A protection court order was served on a Grand Coulee resident in Grant County Jail.

- Someone had cut the padlock off a storage unit on Coulee Boulevard W., in Electric City. A request was made for more patrols in the area.

- A set of keys with a small flashlight attached was found in front of a storage unit in Electric City and turned over to police.

- The owner of an apartment complex on Federal Avenue asked officers to accompany him as he tried to evict the residents for not paying rent for three months. He showed the officers a hole in the wall of the living room, and while there several young people came out of a storage closet. One of them said it wasn’t a storage closet but a “hangout.” The owner asked that they be banned from the property and when advised they left. The people who were living in the apartment were not there.

- Two drivers complained of someone throwing rocks and striking their vehicles. Both vehicles suffered paint chips. Police could not determine who threw the rocks.

7/1 - Officers assisted an intoxicated man in the ditch near the Hill Avenue apartments. He was given a courtesy ride to Coulee Dam.

- USBR Plant Protection advised officers that there were dogs in the park below the Visitor Center. An officer advised one dog owner of the problem, and they left.

- A vehicle clocked at nine mph over the speed limit on Coulee Boulevard W., in Electric City and was stopped near the post office. The driver was cited for not having insurance.

7/2 - Dispatch advised police of a complaint of loud music at a residence on E Street. The person occupying the house was advised of the problem and turned the music down.

- An Electric City resident was arrested and taken to Grant County Jail for allegedly harassing the husband of a woman he allegedly assaulted.

- A Federal Way resident was shown where a porta potty was located after he was observed urinating near the Third Powerhouse.

- Police went to a Kent Street location in Electric City and found a Soap Lake man unconscious. There was a warrant for his arrest, and after being checked at Coulee Medical Center the man was taken to Grant County Jail.

- Police checked on a downed line at Burdin Boulevard and James Saunders Boulevard and found it was a phone line.

- A Dickinson, North Dakota man was seen taking pictures of government property. He deleted the photos upon request.

7/3 - A Midway Avenue woman told police that she had swerved to miss a deer and ended up high centered on a barrier post just up the hill from Grand Coulee Dam. An officer gave her a ride home, and the vehicle was removed.

- A Tacoma man told police that someone had stolen his $1,000 mountain bike while it was placed near his RV at Sunbanks Lake Resort. The bike was gray in color.

- An officer found a bike and bike rack at the exit of Jack’s Four Corner station. It was taken to the police station.

- A person from Coulee Boulevard E, in Electric City told police that his girlfriend had gone to a bonfire and hadn’t come home. He said he didn’t want to report her missing because she could be drinking and may have passed out.

7/4 - People setting up a petition table at the park below the USBR Visitor Center were asked to leave by police and a Bureau of Reclamation official. They were advised that they could set up on the road adjacent to the park and could circulate in the park area with their petition. They were not allowed to set up among the vendors who had paid a rental fee for their space.

- A man from Jackson Avenue in Electric City was taken to Grant County Jail on a second-degree domestic violence charge. He had been told not to wear his socks in the pool and then allegedly came up behind a second person and applied a chokehold.

Police checked on a report that fireworks were being tossed into where people were located. Those allegedly responsible said the wind was blowing the fireworks.

7/5 - Two RVs were asked to move from the parking area above the dam. The police report stated that it would be helpful if a sign was installed providing hours permissible to be in the area.

6/21 - Police arrested a man on Tulip Street for fourth-degree assault after he allegedly struck another man. They took him to Okanogan County Jail. Malicious mischief was added to the charge when the suspect allegedly kicked a door.

6/22 - Two town employees advised police that someone had dumped yard waste in Cole Park.

6/23 - Police were informed that the alarm in the mayor’s office in town hall was going off. The officer reported that the office was secure and that he did not have a key to turn off the alarm.
