Jesse Otis and Emily Brooke Tillman, of Elmer City, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Otis Alexander Tillman born Monday, February 1, 2016, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. He weighed 8 lbs., 14 oz., and was 20 inches in length at birth.

Sibling includes Brooklyn Nicole, age 3. Maternal grandparents are Greg Hedman and Kathy Harju. Paternal grandparents are Paul Tillman and Katheryn Berendsen.
