All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide either written or oral comments concerning the 2015 Budget at said Preliminary Budget Hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2016 Budget Public Hearing will be held by the GRAND COULEE CITY COUNCIL, in the council chambers, 306 Midway Avenue, on November 17, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2016 budget at said public hearing. On the 20th day of October, 2015, the City Council of the City of Grand Coulee, Washington, passed Ordinance No. 1027. A summary of the content of said ordinance, consisting of the title, provides as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND COULEE, WASHINGTON, AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 5.04 OF THE GRAND COULEE MUNICIPAL CODE TO REMOVE REFERENCES TO COMPLIANCE WITH OR ENFORCEMENT OF FEDERAL LAWS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
