With more than 600 students and staff gathered around, Grand Coulee Dam School District Superintendent Dennis Carlson says, "We are all Raiders" in a brief ceremony on the first day of school Tuesday to dedicate the new Raider statue by Smoker Marchand. The artist dedicated the piece, which he said tested him and stretched his ability, to Richard Wippel and Eldon Wilson.
