Jamie Ray Williams 28, began his journey April 6, 1987, in Spokane, Washington, to parents Timothy Williams and Rebecca "Becky" LaCourse, and left to join his ancestors Friday, June 26, 2015, from Coulee Dam, Wash.

A 2006 graduate of Inchelium High School, Jamie was a proud member of the Colville Confederated Tribes who enjoyed attending pow-wows and participating in stick games. Talented as a mechanic, Jamie enjoyed driving fast, was very artistic in drawing and doing fine beadwork as well as enjoying cutting his friends' hair. An avid outdoorsman Jamie loved swimming, hunting and fishing.

Preceded by his dad, Timothy Williams; grandparents, Raymond and Joanne Nanpooya – LaCourse; grandma, Sophia Nanpooya and aunt, Simone Sampson.

Jamie is greatly missed by his mother, Becky LaCourse; beautiful daughter, Jersey Raine Williams; great-grandmother, Margarite McCuen; brothers: Edward, Loren and Francis; sisters: Joanne, Chrystal, Dakota, Yolanda and Leah; as well as many, many nephews, cousins and other extended family members.

Jamie was laid to rest in Little Nespelem Cemetery, Wednesday afternoon, July 8, 2015, following a brief ceremony in Strate Funeral Home, Grand Coulee.
