NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the city council in the council chambers, 306 Midway Avenue, on July 7, 2015 at 6:05.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to review and receive comments regarding the proposed City of Grand Coulee Six Year Street Transportation program. This program lists and prioritizes street construction, repair and maintenance projects under consideration for the ensuing six calendar years, 2016-2021. Comments may also be submitted in writing to City of Grand Coulee, PO Box 180, Grand Coulee WA 99133, by 5:00 p.m. on July 2, 2015. The city hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate the needs of special classes of citizens, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving twenty-four (24) hour advance notice. Notice of Public Hearing on

the 2015-16 Budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the Grand Coulee Dam School District #301 will be presented to the Board of Directors for its consideration. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on June 29, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lake Roosevelt Junior/Senior High School located at 505 Crest Drive, Coulee Dam, WA 99116.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or in favor of or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Superintendent, 110 Stevens Avenue, Coulee Dam, WA 99116 where it may be inspected by any interested person during regular office hours.

Next Regular Meeting of the

Grand Coulee Dam School District

Board of Directors

Please be informed that The Board of Directors of the Grand Coulee Dam School District has changed the date of its Regular Meeting from June 22, 2015 to June 29, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in order to assure the presence of a quorum of the Directors. The meeting will be held at the Lake Roosevelt JH/SH library located at 505 Crest Drive, Coulee Dam, Washington.

The public is invited to attend the meeting.

Notice of Desire to Sell

Request for Sealed Bids to Purchase Surplus Real Property

The Board of Directors of the Grand Coulee Dam School District desires to sell surplus real property generally referred to as the “Center School Property” located at 317 Spokane Way, Grand Coulee, Washington 99123, and legally described as follows:

Lots 1, 2, 12 and 13 of Block 12; Blocks 15 and 16, and all of Subdivision Reserve “B”, Grand Coulee Center Addition to Grand Coulee, according to plat now recorded in Auditors Office of Grant County;

Consent is given that the West thirty (30) feet of Ferguson Road be vacated, also all of Wesley Heights except thirty (30) feet abutting the South Portion of Block 14, same plat;

Situate in the County of Grant, State of Washington.

Assessor’s Tax Parcel Number(s): 011081000; 011083000; 011084000; 011086000; and 011280000.

Sealed bids will be received by the Superintendent of Grand Coulee Dam School District No. 301J, 110 Stevens Avenue, Coulee Dam, Washington 99116, until 2:00:00 p.m. P.D.T., August 5, 2015.
