Visions of a snow day likely danced in the heads of children aboard Grand Coulee Dam School District buses struggling on the Coulee Dam hill Monday morning. The section of State Route 155 owned and operated by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation was closed for about 45 minutes during a heavy snowfall.
