Colleen graduated from Grand Coulee High School in 1957. During that time, she enjoyed a variety of activities, including pep club, class representative, several singing groups and class plays.

While living in Grand Coulee, she attended St. Henry's Catholic Church.

Colleen worked at the Grand Coulee Theatre and the family dry cleaners, but her favorite job was being a housewife and mother.

Colleen's house was a welcoming place for all the neighborhood kids. There was always an endless supply of cookies and Kool-aid. No matter what kind of mischief the boys got into, Colleen was always "The Defender." She enjoyed watching classic movies, caring for her family, hosting, camping, traveling, and watching her kids' sporting events. Colleen also had a love for dogs.

If you wish to do so, donations to honor Colleen may be sent to the church of your choice.
