A celebration of life of Louise J. Rowan for friends and family will be held on Saturday, August 4, in Grand Coulee at the home of Michael and Sally Rowan.
Louise J. Rowan passed away peacefully at age 88 on Friday, May 25, 2018, in Spokane Washington. Louise had recently moved from Grand Coulee, Washington, to Lena’s Gentle Care in Spokane.
